STOPA TRAINING

Our training enables you to handle your storage system safely. Our experienced service technicians provide expert knowledge. Our training is designed for both new operating personnel and experienced employees who wish to refresh their knowledge.

Our trainings enable you to handle your storage system safely. Our experienced technicians provide profound knowledge. Our training offer is aimed at both new operating personnel and experienced employees who wish to refresh their knowledge.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

  • Training is conducted by experienced Stopa service technicians on-site at your STOPA storage system.
  • The number of participants is limited to 6 persons.
  • Training is offered exclusively in German or English.

Level 1

Our Level 1 training provides you with the essential knowledge needed to operate your STOPA storage system. The course is aimed at new operating personnel without prior experience with a STOPA storage system and experienced employees who wish to refresh their knowledge.

Target group: Operating personnel without prior knowledge of storage operation and experienced employees for knowledge refreshment.

Duration: Two days (depending on the type of storage and the number of stations), plus travel time.

Training content:

  • Basic structure and functionality of storage and retrieval machines and stations.
  • Operation of the storage system via the STOPA computer.
  • Operation of stations via station consoles.
  • The content can be adapted to customer requirements upon request.

Level 2

Our Level 2 training provides comprehensive skills for operating your storage system in all modes of operation. Upon completion of this training, you will be able to recognize simple errors and carry out minor repairs independently. This level is specifically aimed at technical personnel and maintenance teams who need in-depth knowledge for inspection and repair. This training also includes contents from Level 1, if necessary.

Target group: Technical personnel and maintenance teams.

Duration: Two days (depending on the type of storage and the number of stations), plus travel time.

Training content:

  • Function and process (in-depth)
  • Inspection tips using the service mode.
  • Repair and rectification of occurring errors.
  • Service mode for storage and retrieval machines and stations.
  • The content can be adapted to customer requirements upon request.
