BASIC PACKAGE
Services:

Remote diagnosis via remote access (Teleservice).

Correction of operating or setting errors via an online connection to the system by our experts.

No matter how often you use our teleservice, with the annual flat rate of the BASIC agreement, no further costs will arise for you.

Extended service readiness: You can reach our technical customer service by phone outside of regular business hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 20:00, Saturday: 08:00 to 14:00 Central European Time (excluding holidays).

Direct dial to the service technician with a separate phone number.

Helpdesk response time for system downtime ≤ 2 h.

Helpdesk response time for fault reports ≤ 3 h.

CLASSIC PACKAGE

Beyond the BASIC benefits, we offer you targeted preventative maintenance. We identify problems before they occur. Ideal for large storage systems like STOPA COMPACT and STOPA UNIVERSAL. With our expertise, you minimize risks and benefit from our comprehensive service offer, including exclusive discounts on spare parts and annual safety inspections.
All services of the BASIC service package included, plus:

Preventative maintenance at regular intervals set by you, using professionally created checklists.

Checking of drives and sensors, including all settings.

Annual technical safety inspection according to § 26 BGV D6.

Documentation of manufacturer maintenance.

Final discussion with the system manager.

Placement of a maintenance sticker with information about the exact condition of your system.

10% special discount on all spare parts after the warranty period (from a goods value of 500,- €).

Discounted service hourly rate for repairs after the warrenty.
STOPA SAFETY INSPECTION
SERVICE OVERVIEW
The visual and functional inspection includes the following:

Inspection of the storage systems’ equipment in accordance with the inspection book.

Checking the condition of all components and facilities for damage, wear, corrosion, or other changes.

Function and brake tests under load in the area of the maximum allowable carrying capacity.
-
Checking the completeness of markings and signage.
-
Documentation of the inspection results and the condition of the system.
-
Status report for commissioning or continued operation.

Assessment of whether a re-examination is necessary.
-
Attachment of an inspection sticker with a note on the next required inspection date.

Final discussion with the responsible person of the system (operator).
